By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below.

 

30-Day Returns

 

We want you and your dog to love your goggles. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at stillwagging@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

How to Start a Return

 

Email us at stillwagging@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or worn cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
